Consultations
Oftentimes, email is a sufficient way to discuss what your therapeutic needs are. However, I can also provide a free 10-minute telephone consultation for new clients. During either the phone or email conversation, you will be asked to describe your concerns and your goals for therapy. If you wish to proceed, we will set up an initial appointment.
First Session
With new clients, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment. We will speak more in depth regarding an overview of your concerns, a detailed personal and family history, and your goals for therapy. Together, we will develop a treatment plan and begin regular therapy. Initially, weekly or biweekly therapy is recommended.
